ACCIONA, alongside WSP and Metro Trains Melbourne, is building new stations, bridges and stabling facilities, transforming safety and connectivity for local communities along the Frankston Line.About OpportunityReporting to the Quality Systems and Completions Manager, you will lead quality and completions delivery across an allocated Area Work Package.
You will ensure compliance with the SPA Quality Management Plan, project specifications and AS/NZS ISO****, driving right‐first‐time outcomes from design through to handover.
You will lead and develop the project quality team, oversee inspection and test plans,
and build strong working relationships across engineering, construction, HSE and project controls.Key AccountabilitiesOwn quality and completions outcomes across your AWPLead, coach and develop the project quality teamDrive a proactive, right‐first‐time quality cultureOversee ITPs and verify hold and witness pointsManage NCRs, defects and root cause analysisDeliver a risk‐based audit program and close out findingsReport quality metrics and manage the Quality Risk RegisterRequired Skills and CompetenciesExtensive experience in major infrastructure or rail projectsBackground leading quality teams and quality systemsDegree in Quality Management or related fieldValid Construction Induction Card (White Card)Current driver licence and reliable vehicleEqual Chance EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and promote equality and diversity.
