About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll help lead the team and bring the Harris Scarfe experience to life – creating a warm, welcoming store environment and delivering on sales, service and team culture.
Support the Store Manager across all areas of the business
Lead by example – setting high standards in service, safety and presentation
Train, coach and support your team to build skills and confidence
Oversee stock handling, merchandising and compliance processes




Support a collaborative and inclusive team culture

Previous experience in leadership or supervisory roles with retail or hospitality
