WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for managing your own sales pipeline while continuing to grow your presence within the local market.
You will:
Generate new business opportunities and listing appointments
Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors and buyers
Conduct appraisals, open homes, and private inspections
Negotiate and manage property sales from listing through to settlement




Prospect consistently and nurture your database
Represent the agency professionally within the local community
Work autonomously while collaborating with the wider team
Minimum 3+ years' experience as a standalone Sales Agent
Current NSW Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Licence, or Class 1 Licence
Proven average annual GCI of approximately $200K+
Consistent track record of 20+ property sales per year
Strong listing, negotiation, and prospecting skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
Professional presentation and strong work ethic
A desire to continue building and scaling your real estate career
Established database of vendors, buyers, and referral partners
Strong local market knowledge within Western Sydney
Personal branding and social media presence
Experience working within high-performing sales environments
