This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-value commercial disputes alongside a leading disputes practitioner, with exposure to a broad range of litigation and advisory matters.If you are looking to develop your career in a high-performing, collaborative team working on sophisticated disputes, this role offers strong mentorship, varied work, and genuine career progression.Your Day Will InvolveActing on complex commercial litigation and high-value disputesAdvising on corporate, commercial, and contractual disputesWorking on construction, property, and insolvency-related disputesAssisting with defamation and reputational matters, including urgent applicationsSupporting regulatory investigations and commissions of inquiryEngaging in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiationDrafting pleadings, submissions, and legal advice while progressing matters efficientlyWho You'll Be Working WithYou will work closely with a highly regarded dispute resolution partner who is recognised for expertise across commercial litigation, advocacy, and alternative dispute resolution, with experience advising boards, CEOs,
