Key Responsibilities:Conduct support needs assessments through guided conversations and information gatheringAnalyse and synthesise participant information and external evidence to support evidence-based outcomesPrepare clear, accurate and defensible written assessment reportsApply policy, legislation and procedures using sound judgement and ethical practiceCommunicate assessment processes and outcomes clearly across virtual and face-to-face settingsEscalate complex or high-risk matters appropriately and contribute to continuous service improvementCollaborate across teams to support coordinated and inclusive participant outcomesMaintain accurate records using digital systems while ensuring privacy and confidentialityAbout You:You are a compassionate and adaptable professional with strong assessment, interviewing and stakeholder engagement skills.
