With 3 stages already planned, this is a long‐term role that will see you commence on a $5M luxury build and finish on a $30M multi‐story project.Your current roleThe first stage is a $5M renovation including an indoor pool, 2 multi‐story luxury units and a car park, large enough to fit 15 cars!
You will take the lead role driving the program, supported by a leading hand and site administrator, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.Key responsibilities include:Managing day‐to‐day site activities and subcontractorsDriving and maintaining the construction program in collaboration with the Project ManagerProducing fortnightly lookaheads and reporting progressOverseeing safety, quality, and complianceUtilising Procore to track project delivery and documentationThe broader project includes multiple dwellings,



a significant extension, structured parking, swimming pool facilities, and future stages including apartments and town houses, offering long‐term work.What you need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you must have:Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on similar buildsStrong understanding of multi‐storey construction and waterproofingEstablished local subcontractor network and industry contactsA trade background and QBCC Site Supervisors LicenceWhat you get in returnOpportunity to lead a high‐profile, multi‐stage development with long‐term job securityStrong pipeline of work on the Sunshine Coast with future stages already planned.Competitive salary package aligned with your experienceMonday to Friday, 5 day site.
