and coordinate warranty claimsOwn each job from approval through to invoicingCoordinate mobile service jobs, breakdowns, and route planning for service trucksProactively support technicians with parts, approvals, and customer callsFollow up quotes and dormant customers; promote mobile service and preventative maintenanceAbout YouStrong organisational skills, able to juggle multiple jobsExcellent communication with customers, technicians, and suppliersProactive, problem-solving mindsetGood computer skills; quick to learn new softwareMechanically minded or interested in hydraulic/mechanical equipment (willing to learn)Reliable, accountable, and detail-focusedWhat's in it for You?
