We're looking for someone who doesn't just "run activities"... but someone who creates experiences that truly matter.Why this role is special:You'll be supporting residents through meaningful, tailored lifestyle experiences that reflect who they are.What You'll Bring:Previous aged care experience supporting individuals living with dementia or have a passion work in this areaCreativity and a passion for designing and delivering engaging,
person-centred activities with a Commitment to continuous quality improvementDemonstrated ability to be calm, consistent and confident in complex care environmentsComprehensive understanding to ensure resident choices become part of the activitiesDemonstrated flexibility, empathy and patience and respect for residents living with dementia and their needs, together with emotional regulation skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage specifically with our MSU residents and their familiesSound knowledge of, and commitment to upholding the Aged Care StandardsPrevious experience with LeeCare or similar software systems and sound computer skillsProvide proof of NDIS clearance and the right to work in Australia.Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle or Individual Support - preferableWhy You'll Love Working at CraigCare?
