What You'll Need to Be Successful
Proven experience as a precast steelfixer or strong background in steelfixing within civil or commercial projects
Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings without supervision
Solid focus on quality and safety
White Card (Construction Induction)
Own reliable transport (due to early shift start)
Desirable but Not Essential
Precast yard/factory experience
