PsychologistOur ORS Psychology team is growing, and we're looking for our next Psychologist to join us.
You'll work alongside a national team of psychologists delivering NDIS and private services, with the supervision, flexibility and support to build the career you want — whether you're early in your journey or well established.The roleYou'll provide evidence-based therapy using modalities including CBT, ACT and DBT, alongside a full range of psychological assessments — autism, ADHD, cognitive/IQ, psychoeducational, school readiness, mental health, and decision-making capacity.You'll work from our Fyshwick or Mitchell clinics within a multidisciplinary team, or out in the community — family homes, disability group homes, day programs and schools — with clients allocated close to where you live.What we offerCompetitive remuneration, reviewed against the market (base + super)Regular peer supervision within a collaborative national team spanning different areas of practiceGenuine flexibility: work from home, own your calendar, and choose full-time or part-time or reduced hoursOne additional week of annual leave after three years, plus generous parental leaveLaptop, phone and the tools you need to do the job wellSupport through the registrar pathway if you're early-career and completing the registrar program — and if you're mid-to-late career,
