About the Role

Elev8 Construction is seeking experienced and reliable subcontract carpenters and construction tradespeople to join our growing team.

/n

We deliver refurbishment, maintenance, and general construction projects across aged care facilities, residential properties, and commercial environments. Our work is varied, offering the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects with flexible hours to suit your availability.

Typical Scope of Works

/n

/n

- Bathroom renovations

/n

- Unit upgrades

/n

- Unit modifications

/n

- General refurbishment works

/n

- Installation of doors, door hardware, skirting, architraves and internal finishes

/n

- Framing and blocking

/n

- Make-good works

/n

- General carpentry and construction

/n

- Planned and reactive maintenance works

/n/n

Engagement

/n

/n

- Subcontractor basis (ABN required)

/n

- Weekly invoice payments

/n

- Ongoing work available

/n/n

Working Hours

/n

Where possible, we will allocate work close to your location. If you're happy to travel, we have plenty of opportunities across all regions.

What You'll Need

/n

/n

- White Card

/n

- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

/n

- Own tools suitable for general carpentry and construction work

/n

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

/n

- Strong workmanship and attention to detail

/n

- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain for aged care projects)

/n

- Experience working safely in occupied facilities is highly regarded

/n

- A professional attitude and commitment to delivering quality work

/n/n
