About the Role

Cosmetic Medical Clinic (CMC) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Digital Designer & Practice Coordinator to support our digital content, website and day-to-day clinic operations.

This role combines digital design with practice coordination responsibilities. You will be involved in creating digital content, video editing, website content updates and supporting the smooth operation of our clinic. It is suited to someone who enjoys working within structured systems, follows established processes and has a robust eye for detail in a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities Digital Design & Content (Primary)
/n
/n
- Produce digital graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud
/n
- Edit educational and treatment videos for social media and website use
/n
- Create social media assets, including graphics and thumbnails
/n
- Update website content using Word Press and Elementor
/n
- Complete creative projects using Jira task management
/n/n
Practice Coordination (Secondary)
/n
/n
- Manage bookings, rescheduling and client records using Zanda
/n
- Handle telephone, email and online enquiries professionally
/n
- Maintain accurate client records and communications
/n
- Support the daily operation of the clinic through administrative duties
/n/n

- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

Highly Regarded

- Experience with Word Press and Elementor
