Key Responsibilities About the role Community-based personal care in clients’ homes Casual hours across a rotating roster Paid travel between client homes during your shift Your duties will include: Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)Medication prompting Monitoring and reporting changes in client wellbeing Accurate documentation of care provided Adhering to infection control and safety procedures Maintaining mandatory competencies is a condition of the role Skill & Experience To be successful, you will have: First Aid & CPR, Manual Handling, Medication Assistance(or willingness to obtain)Experience in aged care, disability, or community careA caring, respectful, and reliable approach Robust communication and time management skills Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
