We're looking for a Site Installation Supervisor who brings hands‐on experience in modular installations and can confidently lead onsite activities across both residential and commercial projects.

What you'll be doing:
/n
/n
- Overseeing the installation and onsite assembly of modular buildings
/n
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities to ensure safe, timely and high‐quality outcomes
/n
- Working closely with the Project Manager to maintain program, sequencing and site readiness
/n
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and installation standards
/n
- Representing the business onsite with professional communication and problem‐solving
/n/n
What we're looking for:
/n
/n
- Proven experience working on modular building projects – residential and commercial
/n
- Solid site coordination capability and the confidence to lead teams
/n
- Excellent problem‐solving skills, attention to detail, and a high standard of workmanship
/n
- Willingness to travel as required and work flexible hours to support project needs
/n
- Ability to manage overnight trips (typically 2-3 nights per week, dependent on project requirements)
