About the role
/n
As a HC Driver, you will play a crucial role in our road transport operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods across the region. This position offers the chance to be part of a dynamic and growing company committed to excellence in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Safely operating and maintaining refrigerated transport vehicles to deliver goods on time and in perfect condition
/n
- Adhering to all relevant road transport regulations and company policies to ensure compliance
/n
- Monitoring vehicle performance and conducting regular inspections to identify and address any issues
/n
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of goods at pickup and delivery points
/n
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
/n
- Collaborating with the broader transport and logistics team to ensure seamless operations
/n/n
To be successful in this role you'll have:
/n
/n
- Valid HC Licence
/n
- Minimum 1 years experience in Road Transport (Refrigerated Transport experience high regarded)
/n
- Ability to provide a current traffic report
/n
- Physical fitness for manual unloading
/n
- Ability to operate a heavy vehicle in a professional & safe manner
/n
- A punctual, reliable and courteous approach to all tasks
/n
- Ability to pass a medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing
/n
- A willingness to learn and be trained on electronic equipment, such as tablets, for reporting and monitoring driving hours
/n
