Job Description

We have a outstanding opportunity for a motivated Salesperson/ Parts Interpreter to join our experienced and friendly team in Broadmeadow. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a fast‐paced, hands‐on environment.

/n

You'll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do. Whether you bring prior Auto Parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you'll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.

/n

Key Responsibilities:

- Inbound phone & online sales processing

/n

- In-store customer service

/n

- Order & receipt incoming stock

/n

- Process & pick purchase orders

/n

- Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance

/n/n

Qualifications

/n

/n

- Exceptional communication skills

/n

- A customer service champion

/n

- Experience or a passion for auto parts

/n

- Well presented

/n

- Great phone manner

/n

- Ability to influence & negotiate

/n

- Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions

/n

- Background in European vehicles would be an advantage
