Laing O'Rourke, with joint venture partner Amentum Australia, will play a central role in supporting Australian Naval Infrastructure (ANI)



to develop and deliver the Nuclear-Powered Submarine Construction Yard (NPSCY) project at Osborne, South Australia. We will provide program and construction management services of nuclear related civil infrastructure, site-wide nuclear licensee development expertise, and nuclear safety leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage subcontractor packages, contractor performance and project interfaces.
- Coordinate planning, scheduling and delivery against project milestones.
- Review designs, technical requirements and manage RFIs through to closeout.
- Maintain project records, engineering systems and digital engineering tools.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and support continuous development.

About You

- A minimum of 2 years' construction/engineering project experience
- An understanding of design, specifications, managing subcontractors, providing technical direction, issue resolution, providing quality assurance, producing site reports.
- Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or Construction Management or equivalent.
- Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1 level.
