Locum Rural Director of Medical Services required at a Northern QLD Hospital for a 3-month placement starting ASAP.

Points about the role:

- Assist the Director Rural and Remote Services with the operational requirements for the rural medical workforce
- No clinical work
- Operational engagement
- Rostering management / practices
- Leave management / practices
- Will act as a point of escalation for workforce and operational matters
- FRACMA/AFRACMA or Management experience required, though will need to be a Rural Generalist.
