The Department of Education is looking for a skilled and passionate Psychologist, to contribute to the key work of our Student Support Services (SSS) team in the Inner East, within our multidisciplinary team of psychologists, speech pathologist and social workers.
As part of an area-based Health Wellbeing and Inclusion Workforce (HWIW) you will work collaboratively to help build the capability of schools to support student achievement, engagement, and wellbeing and support schools to address the barriers that impact on student access, preparation, and progress towards their educational goals and developmental potential. SSS achieve this through the provision of a range of assessments, strategies and specialized support at individual, group, and school levels.
This is an ongoing full-time psychology position within the Student Support Services Inner East Team, based in the Glen Waverley Regional Office.
As an AH 3 Psychologist you will also be required to manage a varied caseload, undertake the health and wellbeing key contact function, respond to incidents within schools and contribute to building capability within schools.

Required:
- A graduate or post-graduate degree in Psychology.
- Full registration as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA)
- A current Australian Drivers' Licence
- A current Working with Children Check.
