About the Position:

WorkPac is seeking motivated and driven Property Managers for multiple vacancies across leading real estate agencies in the Perth region. Whether youre currently managing your own portfolio or are an Assistant Property Manager ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Managing a residential property portfolio
- Professionally liaising with tenants and landlords
- Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and agency procedures
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a high standard of service
- Overseeing new tenant sign-ups and conducting final inspections
- Managing bond disposals and rental arrears

Skills & Experience Required:

- Demonstrated experience managing your own portfolio
- Current WA Certificate of Property Management Registration




- Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in industry software such as Property Tree, PropertyMe, or Inspection Express
- Valid drivers licence
