/n Join our Front Office & Guest Services team at Mantra Mackay as a Full Time Night Auditor.

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team.

/n

What we are looking for:

/n

/n

- A professional and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills

/n

- Someone confident working independently and making decisions overnight

/n

- A calm, reliable team member with excellent attention to detail

/n

- Prior experience in hospitality, reception, or night audit roles

/n

- Experience with Opera or similar systems (highly regarded)

/n

- Full Australian working rights

/n

- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays

/n/n

As our next Night Auditor, you will:

/n

/n





- Greet and assist late-arriving guests with a warm and professional manner

/n

- Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs

/n

- Handle overnight phone calls, emails, and guest requests

/n

- Complete Night Audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions

/n

- Prepare end-of-day financial and occupancy reports

/n

- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, secure, and presentable

/n

- Respond to guest concerns and emergencies calmly and professionally

/n

- Communicate effectively with management and day staff through handover notes

/n

- Press in-house linen & sort laundry for next day housekeepers.
