About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer to support and enhance the Continuous Authorization & Monitoring (CAM) capability within Service Now.
/n
This is a hands‐on development role focused on building and maintaining controls-based automation and evidence collection workflows within the IRM/GRC modules.
/n
Required Experience
/n
/n
- Demonstrated hands‐on experience as a Service Now Developer
/n
- Design, develop, and configure Service Now CAM and IRM/GRC functionality to support automated monitoring of IT security controls
/n
- Build and enhance controls automation solutions, including automated evidence collection, testing workflows, and compliance reporting
/n
- Proven background in developing controls automation within Service Now (workflows, automated evidence gathering, integrations)
/n
- Explicit understanding of core Service Now platform principles, including:
/n
- referential integrity
/n
- data relationships
/n
- integrations between tables and modules
/n/n
