Coordinate and carry out bookkeeping of client files and accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliation

/n

Processing payroll & superannuation lodgements

/n

Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures

/n

Other tasks as directed

/n

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

/n

Qualifications:

/n

Diploma or Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and/or relevant experience

/n

Current drivers licence / own vehicle

/n

Experience:

/n

5 years previous experience in a similar role/industry

/n

Skills:

/n

Experience with accounting programs including MYOB, Quickbooks, and Xero software

/n

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)





/n

Excellent oral and written communication skills including a high accuracy level

/n

Productive, well organised and able to meet deadlines with efficient time management skills

/n

Provide a high level of accuracy in processing business correspondence

/n

PERFORMANCE GOALS:

/n

Deal with clients, suppliers and staff professionally

/n

Assist staff with tasks as required

/n
