Restaurant Labart is located in the heart of beachside Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. It is a relaxed neighbourhood restaurant with a contemporary European bistro feel. Labart has received numerous awards including being named Gourmet Traveller's Best Restaurant in Qld in 2024.

Annual salary, 4 weeks paid annual leave, superannuation, tips

4 day work week, 3 days off every week

What we are looking for:

/n

/n

- At least 1 year experience working within a fine dining or high end restaurant

/n

- Able to maintain high quality standards, run your own section and multi-taskin a busy, open kitchen

/n

- Well-presented and professional with an exceptional work ethic and attitude

/n





- Passionate about learning and developing your skills

/n

- High level of attention to detail, punctual and reliable

/n/n

The Chef De Partie will be required to:

/n

/n

- Learn how to work all sections of the kitchen

/n

- Follow directions from and support the Head Chef

/n

- Have full Australian working rights - no sponsorship available for this position

/n

- Minimum Diploma Qualified

/n

- Have at least 2 years relevant work experience

/n

- Be available to work nights and weekends

/n/n
