We're looking for a Bar Supervisor who can take full ownership of the bar program - someone who leads from the front, sets the standard, and brings creativity to every pour and blend.

What You'll Be Doing

/n

- Leading the bar team and overseeing all bar operations

/n

- Crafting cocktails, from timeless classics to our over-the-top Milky Lane signatures

/n

- Creating and serving thickshakes and loaded shakes with consistency and flair

/n

- Maintaining high standards of drink quality, speed, and presentation

/n

- Managing bar stock, ordering, prep systems, and cleanliness

/n

- Ensuring full RSA compliance and maintaining a responsible service culture

/n





- Training and developing bartenders to deliver Milky Lane's experience

/n

- Assisting the floor team where needed in a fast-paced, high-energy venue

/n

- Playing a key role in delivering the venue's nightlife vibe and guest experience

/n

What You Bring

/n

- Minimum 1-2 years robust cocktail bar experience

/n

- Confidence in creating shakes, blended drinks, or dessert-style beverages

/n

- Current RSA and strong knowledge of responsible alcohol service

/n

- Leadership qualities - reliable, organised, and able to motivate a team

/n

- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure on busy nights

/n

- Creative flair and passion for making drinks that /"wow/" guests

/n

- Excellent communication and a team-first attitude

/n
