The Prospect

/n

We're expanding our team and currently seeking 2x Contract Managers for a long-term engagement. These roles will be based out of Port Augusta and will support contract management across remote infrastructure projects in locations across the whole of South Australia.

/n

These roles are integral to supporting regional programs of work and involve managing contracts, leading teams, and working on projects that have a direct impact on remote communities.

/n

What You'll Be Doing

/n

Depending on your role and skillset, responsibilities may include:

/n

/n

- Managing multiple construction and infrastructure contracts in remote South Australia

/n

- Providing contract administration, commercial advice, and compliance oversight

/n

- Leading and mentoring teams, supporting succession planning for government staff

/n

- Building strong relationships with contractors, consultants,



and internal stakeholders

/n

- Contributing to improved systems, reporting, risk management, and safety practices

/n/n

What We're Looking For

/n

/n

- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure project delivery and contract management

/n

- Relevant tertiary qualifications

/n

- Current Driver's Licence

/n

- Demonstrated experience managing contracts up to $50M

/n

- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and cultural sensitivity

/n

- Ability to work in remote locations, including overnight stays and varied hours

/n/n
