About the Role
/n
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance systems, registers and evidence are accurate, current and audit-ready. Working across multiple programs and sites, you will help coordinate compliance activities, monitor corrective actions and support staff to meet organisational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Coordinate and track compliance actions arising from audits and quality reviews.
/n
- Maintain compliance registers, training records and organisational trackers.
/n
- Support onboarding compliance activities, including Blue Card and training requirements.
/n
- Assist with internal compliance reviews and evidence collection.
/n
- Monitor outstanding compliance actions and follow up with managers and staff.
/n
- Support audit preparation, document control and record management activities.
/n/n
About You
/n
/n
- Experience in compliance, auditing, quality assurance or risk management.
/n
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
/n
- Experience maintaining registers, trackers and compliance documentation.
/n
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
/n
- Solid written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
/n
- Commitment to culturally safe practice.
