OCAM 4x4 Accessories is one of Australias leading suppliers of premium 4x4 parts and accessories - from bull bars and roof racks to recovery gear and camping equipment. As we continue to expand nationwide, we're looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Brand New Location Morayfield team and be part of our success story.

This role is a hybrid role mainly focused at digital custumer service.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

/n

- Greeting customers and maintaining a qualified, well-presented showroom

/n

- Preparing and following up on quotes for 4x4 accessories and parts

/n





- Managing and processing customer orders efficiently

/n

- Maintaining accurate records and customer databases

/n

- Assisting with stock control and merchandising

/n

- Supporting warehouse and dispatch operations when needed

/n

- Working towards branch sales targets and KPIs in store and via phone

/n

- Contributing to online E-commerce custumer service space

/n

- Ensuring a safe and positive workplace environment

/n

- Inbound and Outbound calls daily

/n/n

What We're Looking For:

/n

/n

- Experience or an interest in Automotive or 4x4 industry

/n

- Trade, mechanical, or automotive background (advantageous but not required)

/n

- Requires confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

/n

- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

/n

- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

/n

- Can work independently and unsupervised

/n

- Passion for 4WDs, camping, or the outdoors is a big plus!
