Key Responsibilities

/n

- Oversee day to day branch activities across sales, operations, administration & leadership.

/n

- Manage store inventory, proactively controlling obsolete and overstocked items to maintain high product availability and consistently meet customer demand.

/n

- Develop customer relationships & increase sales & branch profitability.

/n

- Manage branch employees – Parts Interpreters, Stores & Delivery Staff.

/n

- Take responsibility for OH & S compliance and ensure safety education is current.

/n

- Perform administrative functions, processing invoices/credits and warranties.

/n

- Saturday mornings as required.

/n/n

Qualifications

/n

/n

- Ability to work in a driven and diverse team workplace.

/n

- Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors).

/n

- People leadership experience with the ability to engage with, and motivate team members to achieve branch targets and KPI's.

/n

- Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail.

/n

- OH & S experience,



with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy.

/n

- Experience with European vehicles would be highly regarded.

/n

- Current full drivers license.

/n/n
