About the Opportunity

MINPROVISE are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the rapid growth of our Asset Maintenance and Repair Division in this site-based position. This is a fantastic opportunity, with no shortage of variety and opportunity, for personal and career growth. We are looking for candidates with strong technical knowledge and extensive experience in Structural Integrity / Asset Remediation. Specific experience in concrete repair, blasting and painting, epoxy & cementitious grouting, structural strengthening waterproofing and containment linings.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Cost and revenue management and reporting
- Direct, support and motivate the project team
- Managing project risks and opportunities
- Deliver work to the highest HSEQ standards




- Project documentation development and management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- Experience working in a similar roll with BHP, RTIO, Roy Hill and other tier one miners will be highly regarded.
- Tertiary Qualification in Engineering and/or Project Management.
- Minimum 5 yearsu0027 experience as a Project Manager within a site-based mining environment.
- Experience managing multidisciplined projects
- Previous asset maintenance experience
- Knowledge and experience in concrete repair, blasting and painting, structural grouting and general asset remediation.
- Strong client-facing communication and teamwork skills
- A strong commitment to health & safety
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel
