A snapshot of your role…
- Provide administration support across the finance team, including documents and data entry
- Monitor shared inboxes, action requests, and keep correspondence organised
- Answer incoming calls and be a welcoming first point of contact for visitors
- Assist with reports, spreadsheets, and maintaining accurate business records
- Keep internal systems up to date and help with day-to-day office administration
