HR Driver Night Shift

$46.43 per hour + $11.14 night shift allowance + penalties

About Our Client

Our client is a leading waste management company providing reliable waste collection and disposal services across Sydney. Join a professional team with a strong focus on safety, customer service and quality.

What You Will Be Doing

- Loading and unloading liquid waste across a range of waste streams, including grease trap, food waste, septic, hydrocarbons and industrial waste.
- Operating vehicles and equipment safely in line with training, procedures and company requirements.
- Performing manual handling tasks including dragging and pulling hoses, lifting lids, cleaning traps, scraping and hosing.
- Completing daily vehicle and equipment safety checks and basic maintenance as required.
- Maintaining a professional image and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Ensuring all tools and equipment are kept clean, safe and stored correctly.

What You Will Need

- HR Drivers Licence essential.
- Previous driving or waste industry experience.
- Ability to perform manual handling and physical duties.
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends when required.




- Vacuum loading experience is desirable but not essential training provided.
- EPA Permit to Transport is desirable but not essential training provided.
