We are excited to be partnering with a well-known, locally owned furniture and homewares business who are looking for an experienced Dual Site Assistant Store Manager to support their Store Manager across their Melville and Bibra Lake stores.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager or Senior Supervisor who is passionate about customer service, furniture, homewares and interiors, and enjoys being hands-on across both the customer experience and the operational side of retail.

About the role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will provide hands-on support across both locations, helping to ensure the stores operate smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organised and managing the many moving parts that come with overseeing two retail environments.

The Bibra Lake Outlet has an attached warehouse, making strong communication and coordination between the store and warehouse team an important part of the role.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer
- Supporting the Store Manager across both Melville and Bibra Lake
- Overseeing Click & Collect and online fulfilment processes
- Following up on customer deliveries and pick-ups
- Liaising confidently with the warehouse team to ensure orders are progressing as required




- Supporting smooth day-to-day store operations
- Maintaining high standards of visual presentation and store standards
- Ensuring processes and procedures are followed consistently
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Supporting the team to achieve a high level of customer service and operational excellence

About you

We're looking for a people-focused and highly organised retail professional who can balance exceptional customer service with strong operational skills.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Senior Supervisor or similar
- Experience within furniture, homewares, interiors or a related retail environment would be highly regarded
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and process management skills
- Confidence liaising with warehouse and operational teams
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow things through
- A strong eye for presentation and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in growing with a business and improving processes
- The ability to build positive relationships with customers,



colleagues and key stakeholders

This role is particularly suited to someone who is robust in people skills and process management. You'll be supporting the Store Manager and wider team, with a strong focus on communication, organisation, operational follow-through and delivering a consistently great customer experience.
