The Role

The Chef de Partie will work closely with the kitchen leadership team to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen. This is a hands-on position covering preparation and service while maintaining consistently high standards.
You will take ownership of your section, contribute to menu development and help ensure the kitchen operates efficiently throughout busy services.

Skills & Attributes

- Previous Chef de Partie or similar experience
- Strong food preparation and kitchen operations knowledge
- Passion for seasonal, fresh and quality produce
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong food safety, hygiene and presentation standards
