Job Description

These Venue Manager opportunities offer full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and commercial performance of established hospitality venues. Working with the support of experienced operational teams, you will lead your venue from the front, developing a strong team culture while maintaining high standards across service, gaming, compliance and financial performance.

Take ownership of overall venue operations, performance and profitability

Lead, develop and retain high-performing management and frontline teams

Drive revenue across food, beverage, gaming and other key revenue streams

Maintain robust standards across compliance, licensing, safety and responsible gaming

Identify opportunities to improve guest experience, operational efficiency and commercial results

Candidate Profile





You are an experienced hospitality leader with a strong understanding of multifaceted venue operations and demonstrated exposure to gaming. You combine commercial awareness with a practical, people-focused leadership style and are comfortable taking ownership of a busy operation.

Proven management experience within pubs, hotels, clubs or comparable hospitality venues

Strong knowledge of gaming operations and relevant compliance requirements

Demonstrated financial and operational management capability

Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams

A hands-on, adaptable and commercially focused approach
