This modern, beautifully fitted-out community pharmacy is seeking a permanent part-time Weekend Pharmacist to join a large and supportive team in a picturesque bayside suburb of Brisbane.

Job Specification

This role offers the opportunity to be involved across all areas of pharmacy practice, including dispensing, counselling, vaccinations, in-store medicine reviews, Hormonal contraception services, Webster checking, and DVA reviews.

The pharmacy operates a forward dispense model with dedicated consultation rooms, supporting a streamlined customer experience with minimal waiting times. The team utilises FRED with a Rowa dispensing system and processes approximately 450 scripts on weekdays, 250 on Saturdays, and 150 on Sundays.

You will work alongside 3-4 Pharmacists on weekdays and 2 Pharmacists on weekends,



supported by two highly experienced Dispensary Technicians and a large front of shop team.

Two current Pharmacists have completed Full Scope training, with support available for the successful candidate to undertake further prescribing studies.

Skills Required

- Current AHPRA Pharmacist registration.
- Strong dispensing and customer counselling skills.
- Vaccination accreditation required.
- Interest in professional services and ongoing development.
- Willingness to complete further clinical training preferred.

Salary & Advantages

- Weekday rate: $50/hour (negotiable).
- Saturday: $62.50/hour.
- Sunday: $75/hour.
- Superannuation and all permanent employee entitlements.
