Showroom Sales Consultant - Bathrooms

Our client is a long-established leader in bathroom and plumbing supplies, with over 100 years of experience helping customers transform houses into beautifully designed homes. As part of a global network spanning 900+ branches and 10,000+ employees, they are known for expert advice, quality products, and outstanding customer service.

They are now seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant to join their Osborne Park team, supporting homeowners, builders, and designers through their renovation journey.

About the Role

This is a customer-focused showroom position where you'll help bring bathroom design ideas to life. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored product solutions, and ensure a smooth end-to-end experience from enquiry through to order.

You'll be supported with full training, established systems, and a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting bathroom products for their projects
- Prepare and manage quotes, orders, and follow-ups via phone and email
- Use 3D planning tools to help customers visualise designs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, designers, and homeowners
- Conduct occasional onsite visits to support customer needs
- Ensure the showroom is well-presented, organised, and customer-ready

About You

- Have experience in retail sales or customer service
- Enjoy working with people and building relationships
- Are confident using computers and learning new systems
- Are proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
- Are comfortable working weekends on a rotating roster
- Are motivated by both customer outcomes and earning potential
