- A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Civil Design, or equivalent trade qualification.
- Approximately 3-6 years' experience in civil design or civil engineering, within a consultancy environment.
- Proficiency in 12d Model.
- Experience across roads, drainage, earthworks or subdivision design.
- Understanding of relevant Australian Standards and local council requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks to deadline.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a design team.
About the Role
- Prepare civil design drawings and models for land development and infrastructure projects.
- Undertake earthworks, roads and drainage design under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Assist with the preparation of technical reports and documentation for council and authority approvals.
- Coordinate with surveyors, planners and other consultants throughout project delivery.
- Support senior team members on more complex design and modelling tasks.
- Contribute to quality checks and design reviews across the team.
- Build client-facing skills over time as you progress within the role.
