About the Role?

As a IT Analyst, you will be responsible responsible for providing hands-on Level 2/3 IT technical support. Working alongside the Systems Administrator to configure and manage the IT environment and infrastructure, the incumbent will take responsibility in monitoring system performance, capacity, log files and provide monthly exceptional reporting of systems error and issues.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

- Provide level 1 and level 2 ICT support across the business

- Respond to support calls by email, telephone, or onsite visits.

- Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Diagnose hardware and software issues, perform system upgrades, and provide technical support to end-users by email, telephone or onsite visits.





- Ability to Deploy Operating System Images

- Administer and ensure IT security and compliance in line with company standards and ICT policy

- Flexible approach to travel in order to support the region.

About You?
To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:

- Industry certification (e.g., AWS) (desirable)

- ITIL Foundations certification (desirable)

- 1 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure roles.

- Experience in managing a diverse portfolio of projects.

- Knowledge of best practice relating to ICT delivery & management and experience in the deployment of an ITIL framework.

- Proven knowledge / experience of third-party supplier / vendor management including contract negotiation and tendering processes.

- Proven knowledge / experience of risk and issues management

- Knowledge and experience of quality management principles and processes

- Intermediate level experience with SCCM/ Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).

- Proficiency in Windows Server environments.

- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs).

- Hands-on experience with server management, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS).
