About the Position:
Step into a key litigation role with a high-performing commercial law firm. Work directly with clients, manage barristers, and enjoy clear career progression in a premium CBD setting:
- Manage a range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters end-to-end
- Take ownership of direct client relationships and be the primary point of contact
- Brief and manage barristers and external experts confidently
- Handle matters across contracts, corporations law, equity disputes, and insolvency
- Collaborate with experienced lawyers in a collegiate and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years’ PAE in commercial litigation
- Strong technical skills and confidence managing matters independently
- Ability to manage client expectations and deliver commercially focused advice
- Experience briefing and managing counsel in superior courts
- NSW practising certificate (or ability to obtain)
