Your Role & Responsibilities

- Design and deliver a high‑quality, child‑led educational program in line with the EYLF and National Quality Standards

- Create engaging learning environments and meaningful documentation of children’s progress

- Maintain professional room standards and daily operations

- Build trusting, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues





- Foster reflective practice and continuous improvement in our team

About You

You are:

- An experienced Cert III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (Bachelor or ACECQA‑approved diploma; working towards acceptable)

- Fully qualified with current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification plus WWCC

- Experienced in delivering high‑quality childcare and documentation

- Proficient with childcare software (iPad and desktop)

- Takes initiative

- Have strong verbal and written communication skills

- Passionate, well‑organised, and professional

- A team player who values relationships and knowledge‑sharing

- Ideally familiar with Montessori principles, although not essential
