This is a unique opportunity to combine customer service, property, hospitality and community engagement in a role where no two days are the same.
The Role
Reporting to the onsite leadership team, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional resident experience from enquiry through to move-in, ongoing support and lease renewal.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing resident enquiries, requests and customer interactions
- Supporting leasing inspections and resident retention initiatives
- Coordinating move-ins, move-outs and property orientations
- Delivering community events and resident engagement programs
- Conducting routine property inspections and apartment checks
- Resolving resident concerns and complaints with a solutions-focused approach
- Maintaining accurate system records and administrative processes
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience
About you
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, residential property or a similar customer-facing environment
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, positive and professional approach
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Experience handling customer enquiries and resolving issues effectively
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding experiences
