The Opportunity:

Tamworth Hospital is seeking SRMOs to join its busy Emergency Department. This role is ideal for junior doctors wanting to strengthen their emergency skills, gain hands-on experience across a broad case mix, and enjoy the flexibility of locum work in a supportive, teaching-focused hospital.

Clinical Environment:

- Acute exposure – manage a wide range of ED presentations, from minor injuries to high-acuity cases
- Procedural skills – opportunity to gain confidence in resus, trauma, and acute care procedures
- Maximise income – competitive locum rates up to $200/hr
- Supportive environment – senior registrar and FACEM support in a collaborative team
- Balanced experience – ED roster offering variety and strong training exposure

Eligibility Criteria:

- AHPRA General Registration
- PGY3+ with prior ED/acute care experience desirable
- NSW Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Australian working rights
- Willingness to complete local credentialing and onboarding
