Speech Pathologist & Occupational Therapist – Weekend Contractor Location: Blackburn, VIC | Pay: Starting from 50% of NDIS Rates

We are seeking a motivated Contractor Speech Pathologist and Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Blackburn. This role is ideal for clinicians looking to boost their income or achieve better balance with 1–2 days of work in a vibrant, supportive clinic.
The Work Week
We are looking for a reliable clinician to support our weekend demand and growing midweek caseload:
- Saturday: A required clinic day to support our school-aged community.
- Optional Weekdays: Flexibility to add Wednesday or Thursday to your schedule, allowing for a 2-day work week.

While your primary focus will be supporting our school-aged participants,
you will have the flexibility and opportunity to manage a diverse caseload across language, communication, and dysphagia disorders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver evidence-based assessments and develop individual treatment and therapy plans.
- Provide direct, family-centred, and community-based support to clients with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused care.
- Engage with families and stakeholders to provide education, support, and advocacy.
- Continuously reflect on and refine your practice to ensure best-practice service delivery.
What You’ll Bring:
- Tertiary qualifications, and relevant qualified or AHPRA registration in the above positions.
- Experience working with NDIS participants.
- Current National Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain these)
- Excellent time management, documentation, and attention to detail.
- Clinical experience with paediatric and/or adult clients; confidence working closely with families is highly valued.
