We provide high-quality, culturally safe legal and support services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people throughout NSW and the ACT, and fight for social justice and equity for our communities.

Your Impact

- Ensure office standards, equipment maintenance, and compliance with policies and procedures.

Your Story & Strengths
With respect and pride, you’ll walk alongside community, with a deep understanding of cultural, social, and historical needs. You’re committed to standing up for justice, supporting mob with care, and helping reduce cultural load and bring these values and strengths:

- Be a proud Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person, recognised by your community.

- Commitment to social justice and culturally appropriate conduct when supporting clients and communities.
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proven computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and accurate typing; excellent phone and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Desirable: experience in Aboriginal/TSI community organisations or legal practice.

Our Journey Together
At ALS, you’ll find a career that truly matters, one where your work has purpose and impact every day. We are proud to offer a supportive and rewarding environment with a range of generous benefits, including:

- Not-for-profit salary packaging to reduce your tax burden, which means you get to keep more of your hard-earned money in your pocket.
- Annual leave loading of 17.5%, ensuring that you are rewarded for your time off and can enjoy a well-deserved break.
- Career and professional development opportunities.
