The Opportunity:

Senior Accountant - $120,000 - $140,000 plus super

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Accountant who is looking for genuine long-term career progression.
The Partners are seeking someone who is ambitious, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of a client portfolio. This role has a clear pathway to Partnership, making it ideal for someone who wants to step into a leadership position and play a key role in the future of the firm.

This is more than a traditional Senior Accountant position; it is an opportunity to become a trusted adviser and eventually join the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of clients across a variety of entity types.
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns.
- Oversee all tax and compliance matters for your client base.
- Provide high-quality advice and build long-term client relationships.
- Liaise directly with clients on complex taxation and business matters.
- Work closely with the Partners on practice growth and client strategy.
- Mentor and support junior team members where appropriate.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Strong public practice accounting experience.




- Are confident managing clients independently.
- Excellent technical knowledge across tax and compliance.
- Is commercially minded and proactive.
- Enjoys building client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Is career-focused and motivated by the opportunity to progress into Partnership.
- Wants to take ownership rather than simply complete compliance work.
- CA or CPA qualified
