About the role

We are seeking 2x Occupational Therapists for a locum or fixed-term opportunity commencing mid-October, with a leading private hospital in Greater Brisbane providing high-quality services across inpatient, outpatient, and day rehabilitation settings.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions, develop tailored rehabilitation plans, support functional independence, and contribute to safe discharge planning.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about patient-centred care and enjoys working across a diverse hospital rehabilitation workplace.

Key responsibilities include

- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, and day rehabilitation settings.
- Assess, treat, and manage a diverse clinical caseload.
- Develop individualised rehabilitation plans to support patient goals and functional outcomes.
- Prescribe equipment and recommend home modifications where appropriate.
- Support functional independence and safe discharge planning.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

About you

- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of Occupational Therapy experience for locum applicants.
- Current general AHPRA registration (essential).




- Australian working rights (essential).
- Australian driver's licence.
- National Police Clearance.
- Previous hospital or rehabilitation experience is highly regarded.
