What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your role, you may:

- Create engaging and exciting experiences for children before and after school.

- Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools and your team.

- Encourage children's confidence,



creativity and wellbeing through play-based learning.

- Maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment.

- Support and mentor fellow educators (leadership roles).

- Lead quality programs and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (leadership roles).

Essential Requirements

Requirements will vary depending on the position, but may include:

- Relevant qualifications or willingness to obtain (role dependent).

- Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain).

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).

- A genuine passion for children's learning, wellbeing and development.
