You'll join a well-established Australian organisation at a pivotal point of growth, embedding within the Enterprise Architecture function to help shape how the business operates end to end.

With a portfolio of high-impact programs running in parallel, you'll have the kind of work that actually moves the needle. modernising core platforms, integrating newly acquired parts of the business, and reshaping operations from the ground up.

What You'll Be Working On
You will take ownership across a broad, genuinely engaging program of work, including:

- Operations Modernisation – contributing to a major program rolling out recent tooling across core operational functions
- Digital Customer Experience – helping modernise and evolve customer-facing platforms
- Business Integration – supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses into the group
- Data Infrastructure – working on foundational data capability that will underpin the business for years to come

What We're Looking For
You're an experienced strategic BA who doesn't need to be told what to do.



You're comfortable walking into a room of senior stakeholders, asking the sharp questions, and translating ambiguity into clear, actionable requirements and you can point to where you've driven that outcome yourself, not just supported it.

You'll bring:

- Significant Business Analysis experience across large-scale, complex technology transformation programs, ideally including exposure to ERP and/or CRM platforms
- Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and influence investment decisions, not just gather requirements
- Comfort working across both Agile and Waterfall environments, and sound judgement on when to use which
- A track record of leading multiple concurrent workstreams with minimal direction
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder engagement you can operate credibly across business, technology, and senior leadership
- Clear, confident communication, written and verbal
- The gravitas and self-direction to influence without formal authority
