The Role
We are currently seeking Perm Part Time Cargo Warehouse Agents to join our international operation in Melbourne.
This position is on a 24hr ROTATING ROSTER (Monday to Sunday)
Expect 4-5 rostered shifts per week with up to 12hrs per shift.
***You MUST be available 24/7 (roster is sent 2 weeks in advance)***
Key duties include:
- Heavy lifting - packing/unpacking boxes and RF Scanning
- Operate counterbalance forklifts to load/unload trucks
- Operate cargo machines when required
To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and capabilities:
- MUST have LF Forklift licence
- MUST have experience with forklift operation to load/unload vehicles and store cargo
- MUST be flexible for shiftwork, overtime and weekends
- Manual handling ability - repeatedly lifting up to 20kg
- Attention to detail
- General warehouse experience preferred
- Qualified and courteous communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
